Description
The Two Necked Swan Public House is a house that has been converted into a public house, dating from the late 18th century and modified in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantiled roof. The building has three storeys and a three-window range. The ground-floor brickwork is from the 20th century, added when five fluted timber pilasters were installed to separate the cross-casement windows, creating a mid-20th century public house facade. This facade also extends into the ground floor of the adjacent No. 7. The first floor has three 2/2 horned sash windows, while the second floor has three 3/3 horned sash windows, all featuring gauged skewback arches. The building is topped with a gabled roof that has internal gable-end stacks on both the north and south sides. The interior was completely modernized in the late 20th century, and no notable features were found.
