Pair of cottages, early C19. Red brick laid in rat-trap bond. Steeply-pitched pantiled roof. One and a half storeys, E-plan with projecting crosswings and central porch. Five bays, symmetrical, with three-light casements with ovolo-moulded mullions. Porch has four-centred arched doorway with moulded surround. Two gabled dormers with two-light casements, the right-hand dormer wider. Parapeted gables with brick copings. Chimney stacks at gables and central on ridge line, all with twin square shafts. Gabled wing to rear.
