Description
This is a pair of estate cottages built in the early 19th century, located 150 meters south-west of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul. They are constructed from red brick and topped with a pantile roof. The cottages have two storeys and feature a symmetrical six-bay facade facing the street. On the ground floor, there are four sash windows with glazing bars, set in reduced openings, along with two doorways that each have 6-panel doors. The doorways are framed by plain wooden surrounds and small rectangular fanlights. The first floor includes two-light casements, one of which has leaded glazing. The eaves are adorned with dentilled brickwork, and there is a central pediment with brick dentils above, behind which is a square ridge stack with four linked shafts. Additionally, there are internal gable stacks with twin shafts and a catslide roof over a lean-to at the rear.
