Description
Lingwood Lodge is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of red brick with a hipped smut pantile roof. The building is partly three-storey and partly 2½ storey. The south facade features three bays, with the left side slightly advanced and a bay window. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and have rubbed brick arches above them. There is a dentilled eaves cornice and one lead-roofed dormer window. The doorway is located in the east wall and includes a pilastered doorcase, a panelled reveal, and a part-glazed two-leaf door. To the north, there is a wing that has two segmental-headed dormers, along with some blank window openings.
