Farmhouse. Late C18 rear wing with early C19 front wing and mid C20 west extension. Red brick, partly colourwashed; slate and pantiled roofs. EXTERIOR: east side of rear wing of 2 storeys; 3-window range. Central 3/6 unhorned sash; plank door and C20 casement to left; C20 casement to right. 2 3/6 unhorned sashes to first floor and one C20 casement. South front of 2 storeys; 3-window range. Central 6-panelled door renewed 1994 below 4-vaned fanlight. Fenestration of 6/6 unhorned sashes under gauged skewback arches. Hipped roof. 2 stacks on rear wall plane. INTERIOR: open-string stick-baluster staircase with ramped and wreathed handrail. Rear wing with chamfered bridging beams with tongue stops to both floors. RAILINGS: cast iron. Square-section standards with globular finials. Circular-section verticals with fleur-de-lys finials and similar dog rails. 2 gates. 2 runs from south-west corner of house, returning east.
