Description
Grange Farmhouse and the attached outbuilding is an 18th-century farmhouse that has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is built from coursed squared limestone and features a slate roof with a stone ridge and an end stack on the right, along with a 20th-century brick stack on the left. The building is in an L-shape and has two storeys with a three-window range. There is a four-panel door to the right of the center, which has a wooden lintel and a straight hood supported by brackets. The windows are three-light casements on both the ground and first floors, also with wooden lintels. The farmhouse has a chamfered plinth and ironstone quoins. At the rear right, there is a wing that includes an attached stable and barn. The barn features a corrugated asbestos roof and double plank doors with a wooden lintel. The interior has not been inspected.
