Description
Tanyard Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse constructed with a timber frame and rendered wattle and daub infill, sitting on a brick plinth and topped with a thatched roof. The building has one storey and a dormer attic. The entrance door is located to the left of centre, with another door on the right. There is a three-light casement window on the ground floor, which is mirrored by a similar casement in the gabled dormer at the eaves line. An off-centre ridge stack is positioned to the right. The farmhouse features a gabled roof. To the left, there is an early 19th-century outbuilding that has a pantiled roof and an internal gable stack.
