Description

No. 61 Magdalen Street is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of flint and brick, featuring red brick dressings, and has a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys high. On the ground floor, there is an early 20th-century glazed door positioned to the right of a two-light casement window, both of which have segmental arches. The first floor has two similar casement windows. The house has a dentil eaves cornice and a mansard roof. There is an internal gable-end stack on the left side (south-west). The north-east side has a late 19th-century single-storey lean-to, also with a pantiled roof. The interior has not been inspected.
