Description

The Poplars is an 18th-century house located on Dereham Road in Mattishall. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays of sash windows with glazing bars, which are set beneath skewback arches at the ground floor. The central entrance is a partly glazed panelled front door, framed by a simple doorcase. Notable architectural details include a moulded brick cornice and gable-end stacks with rebuilt shafts.
