Description

Sunnyside is an 18th-century house constructed of brick and finished with a colour-washed exterior. It features a pantiled roof and is a single-storey building with attics, arranged in three cells. To the left, there is a boarded door situated under a segmental brick arch, with a sliding sash window with glazing bars to the extreme left. To the right, there are two additional sliding sash windows with glazing bars. The house is adorned with a dentilled brick eaves cornice and has end and axial stacks, along with plain close verges.
