Description

This is an early to mid-18th century house located on the north side of Leconfield Arram Road. The house is constructed of red brick with a pantiled roof. It has a symmetrical facade with three bays and an L-shaped plan. The entrance features a six-panel door with raised and fielded panels, situated under a boarded fanlight with a raised head. It is flanked by two 16-pane sash windows, each with a sill and a cambered wedge lintel. The first floor has three matching 16-pane sash windows. The eaves feature a dentilled brick cornice, and there are end stacks. The roof is hipped on the right-hand side and has raised gables on the left.
