Description

This is a late 18th-century house located on Arram Road in Leconfield. The building is constructed of orange brick with pantiled roofs. It has two storeys and a three-bay front. The central entrance features a six-panel door set within a pilastered doorcase, which has fluted brackets supporting a projecting cornice. To the right and left of the entrance are 16-pane sash windows, each with a sill beneath a cambered gauged brick arch. The first floor contains a 12-pane sash window above the entrance, and 16-pane sash windows to either side, also with sills under cambered gauged brick arches. A dentilled brick eaves cornice runs along the top of the building, with end and rear wall stacks. The roof is hipped on the left side, while the right side has a gable with tumbled-in brickwork.
