Description
Sherardswood School, Lockleys Annexe, is a former coach house that dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a steeply pitched old tile roof with brick coped parapet gables. The south elevation is primarily made of renewed brick and includes a moulded floor band along with three segmental-headed leaded casements. The ground floor has been converted into a garage. The north wall of the building is continuous with the west side of a former walled garden, which is now a playground. The garden wall, made of red brick, stands intact on two and a half sides and is approximately 3 metres high, topped with a triangular sloped brick coping.
