Description
Mill House, dating from the later 18th century, incorporates a 17th and early 18th century south wing. The house is constructed of red brick with old tile roofs. The north block is square, two storeys high, and features a parapet with dentilled brick eaves. It has a 1:1:1 window arrangement, with a pedimented projecting central bay, and features recessed sash windows with gauged brick heads. The front incorporates dummy windows, and a fielded panel door set within an architrave surround, topped with a fan having ogee glazing bars. The south wing displays some 17th-century brickwork and a section of a floor band. A red brick garden wall, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, runs along the north side of the house.
