Description

This barn, located about 30 metres north-west of Ayot Manor House, dates from the 17th century and features a timber frame with seven bays. The exterior is weatherboarded and topped with an old tile roof. There is a gabled cart entrance on the south side, which has been reduced in height. The interior is well preserved, showcasing a queen post roof, cambered tie braces, and straight wind braces.
