Description
The Manor House is a house, originally a forge and cottage, dating to the 17th century. It underwent significant alteration in the early 19th century, receiving a white roughcast exterior and a plastered gable end with a parapet and internal stack. The roof is slate-covered. The front of the house features two 6/6-pane sash windows on the first floor. On the ground floor, the right side has a modern doorcase with a hood, while the left side has two small-pane casements with cross bars and a single casement. A long, single-storey outbuilding, formerly a forge, extends north, with a plain tile roof and cast iron small-pane casements.
