Description
The Salisbury Crest Public House is a 17th-century timber-framed building that has been altered and enlarged to form an L-shaped group. It features rough plaster and a painted brick parapeted gable end. The original two-bay structure is located near the road and is part of a three to four-window range. The first floor has casement windows and two gabled casement dormers. On the ground floor, there is a wide canted bow window from the late 19th century. Additionally, there is a weatherboarded outbuilding from the 18th or early 19th century, positioned at right angles, which has one open bay and a hipped-roof sack hoist to the left. A late 19th-century link connects this outbuilding to the main range.
