Description
Wytmead is a house dating from the 17th century, constructed with a timber frame and refronted in the early 19th century. It features a broad gable end facing the road, which has an uneven shape. The exterior is roughcast, and the roof is covered with slate. On the north side, there are two external chimney stacks made of 18th-century red brick. The house is two storeys high with attics. The ground floor has two 8/8-pane sash windows located to the left of the entrance, which consists of a door with four flush panels and two glazed panels. A porch with simplified Tuscan columns leads to the door. On the first floor, there are three windows with 4/8 panes, and one attic window of the same style. To the right, there is a late 19th-century canted two-storey bow.
