Description

This barn, located on the south side of Essendon Close, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is timber-framed with red brick infill and features weatherboarding, while the east side is plastered. The roof is covered with plain tiles and the barn stands two storeys high. On the east side, there are three 4/4-pane horizontal sash windows, and one similar sash window is located on the west side. An external red brick stack is present on the north gable end.
