Description
Wheatsheafs is a house dating from the 17th century and early 19th century. It features painted brick, red brick, and weatherboarding, topped with plain tile roofs. The building has a T-shaped plan and stands two storeys high. The west elevation showcases a gabled 17th-century front with two windows, where the upper windows have segmental heads and flush sashes. There are one-window extensions on both the left and right sides, with the right extension being weatherboarded and having a roughcast gable end facing the road. The rear center of the house is made of chequered red brick and includes small recessed sash windows. This building is included for its group value.
