Description

This is an early 19th century row of cottages located on Welclose Street. The cottages, numbered 1 to 7, are constructed of red brick with a decorative pattern of blue headers. They are each two storeys high and feature a single window. The roofs are low-pitched and covered with slate. The doorways and sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set within flush box frames and have flat brick arches with gauged brick detailing.
