Description
Four Limes is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier, featuring a painted brick front from the 18th century. It has early to mid-19th century details and a gabled extension on the north side, topped with a slate roof. The building has two storeys, with the 18th-century front displaying a floor band and five flush sash windows on the first floor, along with two casement bay windows. The entrance features an elliptical door arch and a half-glazed door. A ridge chimney stack from the early to mid-17th century is present. The north block includes one casement window. Inside, the house has exposed floor beams and an open-well staircase styled after 17th-century designs.
