Description

Gable Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, originally built with a timber frame and later refronted in the early 19th century with painted brick. It features a steeply pitched plain tile roof, which has a tall 17th-century ridge chimney stack located at the right center. The building has one storey and attics, and showcases three steep gable ends with dentilled brick eaves. There are three casement windows. Inside, the right side includes chamfered floor beams and an inglenook fireplace. The left end may be an extension.
