Description

Old Forge is located on the west side of St Michael's Street, adjacent to No 14 and at the southern corner of Blacksmiths Lane. This building dates from the 17th century and features a timber-framed front, with a later brick return that includes modern glazing. Inside, there is a furnace and chimney. The front of Old Forge is integral with No 14, and together they form a group.
