Description

This is an 18th-century outbuilding located at Number 18 (St Germains) on St Michael's Street. The building has a two-storey front with one window. It features a moderately high pitched tiled roof that includes a gable and a tabled dormer, both adorned with barge boards. The front is weatherboarded. In the garden of Number 18, there is a well that is not visible above ground, but experts believe it to be of Roman origin.
