Description

Number 23 (Ver House) and Number 25 are a pair of houses built around 1830. They are constructed from yellow stock brick and feature gauged yellow brick lintels. The houses have a slate roof and plain wooden eaves, with a cemented floor band. They are two storeys high and have five recessed sash windows. Each house has identical door surrounds with moulded frames and panelled reveals, topped with cornice hoods. Number 25 retains its original door, which has four glazed panels. The rear elevation is made of red brick and includes three hipped roof bays, with a rounded southeast angle.
