Description

Inn Cottage is a house that likely dates from the late 17th century, with an early 19th-century casing and a left extension. The building features painted brick and roughcast with a plain tile roof. The right section is constructed with a timber frame and has dentilled brick eaves. It is one storey high with attics, featuring two gabled dormers and three ground floor windows, which have 20th-century glazing bar casements. The left part of the house includes one ground floor and one first-floor 8/8-pane sash window, along with a flush panel door set in a later gabled porch. A large red brick chimney stack is located on the right side, topped with an early 19th-century shaft.
