Description

No. 12 Chapel Road is an early 19th-century house located in Breachwood Green, Kings Walden. This narrow, double-depth, two-storey building is constructed of plum brick and features a steep slate roof. It faces east and has a single window on each floor, with a plank door positioned to the right. The house has an internal chimney on the south gable and is fitted with two-light recessed casement windows that have segmental arches. It is believed that this house may have originally served as a parlour wing to the adjoining No. 8/10. No. 12 is included in the listing for its group value with nearby buildings.
