Description

These are pairs of semi-detached cottages built in 1906 by B Parker and R Unwin. They are located on Wilbury Road and form a group with the nearby Westholm. Each pair has one and a half storeys and two windows. The roofs are tiled, with brick stacks. The walls are roughcast, and the gables of numbers 166 to 172 are partially clad in weatherboarding. Hipped dormers are present. The windows are mullioned casement windows, with 2, 3, or 4 lights and glazing bars. The doorways are recessed, with boarded doors. The buildings are included on the list for their group value.
