Description

Nos 12 to 14 on Bancroft are a pair of buildings dating from around 1740. They are two storeys high and constructed of red brick. The façade features three sash windows and a dentilled cut brick cornice, topped by a parapet. The ground floor has been altered to accommodate modern shops. These buildings, along with Nos 12 to 17, form a cohesive group.
