Description

17 Bancroft is a mid-18th century brick house that stands two storeys tall. It features moulded eaves beneath a steep tiled roof, which includes dormer windows. The ground floor has been altered with a prominent modern shop window, while the upper floor is adorned with five windows that have square rushes set in broad flush frames, each with slightly curved heads. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 17 Bancroft.
