Description
107, 107A, and 107B Bancroft is a later 18th-century brick house that stands three storeys tall. It features a moulded brick cornice and a plain parapet that conceals the roof. The building is constructed in Flemish bond and has four sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals beneath flat arches. There is also a dummy window on a slightly recessed wing to the left, along with two modern shop windows. The entrance includes a six-panel door and a fanlight, sheltered by a porch supported by attached Roman Ionic fluted columns and an entablature. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 91 to 93, Nos 95 to 103B, and Nos 105 to 109.
