Description

Birds Hill Nos. 9 to 27 (odd) represent two terrace blocks built in 1906 by B Parker and R Unwin as part of the Garden City Tenants Limited development. The blocks feature predominantly single-windowed frontages, characterized by irregular arrangements of large and small dormers and gables. The buildings are distinguished by tiled roofs and brick stacks. Walls are roughcast, and windows are mullioned casements with tile labels and glazing bars. Recessed entrances are marked by arched doorways.
