Description

This is a vernacular-style cottage built in 1905 by Bennett and Bidwell. It was awarded second prize in Class I of the 1905 Cheap Cottages Exhibition. The cottage is one and a half storeys high and has a gabled front with three windows. It features a tiled roof with a brick stack, weather-boarded brick walls, framed casement windows, and an entrance with a half-glazed door. The group value is that it contributes to the character of its setting.
