Description

Annemuir is a Grade II listed building located at No. 8 The Quadrant, built in 1905 by Lionel F Crane. It is recognized as one of the best examples of a cheap cottage from that year. The cottage is one and a half storeys high and features a single window. It has a simple timber-framed structure clad in weather-boarding, with jettied ends. The roof is tiled, and there is a brick ridge stack. A flat-topped dormer with a cornice is present, along with mullioned casement windows that have glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a boarded door.
