Description

A mid-19th century villa built in the Italianate style, situated on the west side of Kneesworth Street. The villa is rendered in stucco and has a tiled roof with bracketed eaves. A gabled projection is located on the right side, and a central three-storey hipped roof tower rises from the main structure. It has two storeys with sash windows, some of which are round arched. Vermiculated rusticated quoins define the corners. Originally, there was a round arched doorway, later altered with a round arched hood supported by brackets.
