Description
21 Mill Road is a mid-19th century building constructed from flint rubble with gault brick dressings and quoins. The roof is covered with Welsh slate and features ornamental pierced bargeboards on the side gables. The building stands two storeys high, with end pilasters and a projecting center. It has a symmetrical arrangement of sash windows, with three sets of 1:1:1 glazing bars set in reveals beneath cambered arches. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door topped by a fanlight with glazing bars, all within a round arched reveal that is framed by a round arched panel. There are two chimneystacks, each with pairs of battered shafts that have rounded bases and caps.
