Description

Milletts Cottage is a building that dates back to the 18th century and was originally two cottages, now combined into one house. It features a timber frame with roughcast exterior and a slate roof. The structure is two stories tall and faces south. Each half of the cottage has a front room and a narrow rear room, with central staircases that are adjacent to each other. The gable chimneys project externally and are aligned with the front rooms. The symmetrical south-facing front has a blank central recess and an upper window on each side. There are two-light casement windows throughout, and the doors are located near the center, flanked by a four-light lower casement window for each half of the house.
