Terrace of 3 houses. Late C17, with C18 alterations. Timber-framed and stuccoed with masonry lining on first floor, colourwashed brick ground floor, right-hand (west) flank elevation dark brown stock brick, Flemish bond. Old tiled roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics, with basement. First floor has 4 flush-set 12-pane sash windows with moulded architrave surrounds spaced 2:1:1; ground floor with 1 16-pane flush-set sash at left, and a 12-pane and a 9-pane sash; 3 doors with stone steps, with segmental curved hoods on cut profiled consoles. To roof, 3 gabled dormers, that on left having two C20 top hung windows. Yorkshire sash in centre, divided casements on right; substantial red brick chimneystack, with band, and 4 pots, forward of ridge left of centre, 2 brown brick stacks at right.
