Description
This is a row of three, 19th-century houses located on the south side of High Wych Road. The houses are timber-framed with weatherboard cladding and slate roofs, each featuring internal chimneys. The roof of number 23 has been replaced with tile. The houses present a uniform appearance with two storeys and three windows. Number 27 has flush sash windows with 6/6 panes and plain architraves, while number 25 has 8/8 paned flush sashes. Each house has a four-panel door sheltered by a flat hood supported on cut brackets. Number 23 has casement windows. These were originally workers' houses associated with Rivers Nursery. The properties are listed for their group value.
