Description

These are a pair of semi-detached houses dating from the 19th century, situated on the south side of High Wych Road. The houses were originally constructed with a timber frame and are clad in weatherboard, topped with a slate roof and a large central chimney stack. Each house has two storeys and two windows. The windows are flush-sash types with simple architraves and 6/6 pane glazing. A 4-panel flush door is sheltered by a flat hood supported on cut brackets. These houses were built as accommodation for workers at Rivers Nursery and are listed for their group value.
