A long 2-storeys building with higher block at E. Lobby entrance by central chimney in higher block serving both. Rear outshut extension to E block. Front facing N has 4 2-light casement windows and C19 cabled timber porch with shaped bargeboard. Small upper windows under- eaves in long main block with large external gable chimney serving ground floor only at W end. S front plastered with ground floor dark weatherboard. Half-glazed door with flat hood on brackets. 2-light casement window to left with small panes.
