Description
Stanley Cottage and Daisy Cottage are two adjacent houses dating from the 18th century. They are long, low buildings constructed with weatherboarding and timber framing, featuring a low-pitched gabled slate roof and a single large central chimney made of red brick. Each house has a symmetrical front with two windows on each floor and a central plank door. The windows are two-light Yorkshire sliding casements, each with six small panes per light. Additionally, there are symmetrical single-storey lean-to sections on each gable, each with a battened plank door. These cottages are part of a group located on the east side of High Wych Lane.
