East elevation 2 storeys, 2 bays, detached at south end, with doorways at each end below shallow bracketted hoods. Door to south a reset C18 4-panel type with fielded panels; door to north a C20 4-panel type. Between the doors, 2 windows to each floor, all hornless glazing bar sashes, 6 over 6 panes, below cornice hoods. West elevation with catslide roof is of 3 storeys with C20 weatherboarded lean-to. C20 extension to south. Interior not inspected but information provided by owner confirms presence of exposed timber framing in oak and elm, including stout primary bracing, and a face-halved and bladed scarf joint in south wall top plate.
