Description
This is a 17th-century barn that now forms the northern part of Gamels Studio. It features a timber frame resting on a low brick sill, with dark weatherboarding and an old red tile roof. The barn has four bays and is located at the northwest of the group, facing west. It includes a projecting gabled porch that is flanked by lean-to front additions made from similar materials. Inside, there is brick infill between the studs and evidence that the barn was originally longer before it suffered fire damage.
