2 houses: Mid C19. 2 adjoining white brick 2 storeys villas with continuous hipped slate roof. Set back from road, facing E. Each house has a symmetrical 3-window front with stucco plinth, quoins, flat arches with raised keystones, and projecting central flat topped porch with Tuscan columns, pilaster responds and full entablature with blocking course. Round headed doorway with fanlight and 4-panel half-glazed door with round headed lights. Recessed sash windows with 3/3 panes. Double-pile, double- fronted plan with chimneys on party wall. Matching 2 storeys, 2 windows extension on S end modern. 2 fine Victorian villas, little altered and unusually built side by side, in isolation.
