Description

The Water House is an early 19th-century, two-storey house built of yellow stock brick with a slate roof. It features four windows and has a thin pilaster and cornice surrounding the door on the south elevation. The sash windows are topped with shallow segmental arches and have louvred shutters. The house has a broad, plain eaves cornice and inset rounded angles on the west end, with the north angle featuring a curved sash window. This building is included for its group value.
