EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; first floor has 2 recessed sash windows, upper sash divided glazing, lower sash plain glazed; ground floor has 2 altered C19 closed timber shop windows with pierced cast-iron ventilators; door right of centre in chamfered stucco reveal. INTERIOR: timber framing in rear outshoots, cellar under main building with brick floor and red brick walls; part brick stair with wood nosings.
