This granary, built in the 19th century, is located about 20 metres southeast of Waterford Hall Farm House. It features a timber frame that is weatherboarded and has a tiled roof, with a square plan. The granary is supported by some iron staddles and has a stock brick base. There is a step leading up to a strap-hinged door that faces the farmhouse.
