II GV 2. Early C19. Stucco front, Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, consoles to eaves cornice. 3 sash windows in architrave surrounds to lst floor, glazing bars to outer windows, cornice on consoles to central window. Chamfered quoins. Ground floor arcaded cast iron verandah with anthemion motif to balcony railings. Central 4 Panel door, fanlight with ornamental glazing. 2 flanking sash windows.

Nos 75 to 85 (odd) form a group.
